There will be 24 meeting slots available. Each meeting slot will be 15 minutes long; you will have 5 minutes between each meeting. We suggest ending a meeting on time to have enough change over time between meetings.
It is vital to keep the time and move to your next appointment to ensure the event flows smoothly for all participants. If you would like more time, you can schedule a meeting outside the pre-scheduled appointment window directly at the exhibitor's booth to continue the conversation.
Buyers will meet Slovenian tourism providers (Hotels, DMC agencies, Spas & health resorts, Destinations, Associations, Tourist Attractions,…)
There will be approximately 120 buyer delegates meeting with around 30 Slovenian companies.
Buyers may send multiple representatives from the same company; however, each must have their appointment schedule.
No, you do not need to download or install any software to participate in this virtual event. You will only need to have access to the internet - a strong, high-speed connection is recommended. You should ideally have a webcam to participate in the 1:1 appointments via video call. The event is accessible from desktop, mobile and tablet devices.
Slovenian Tourism Board will assess all applications and send out notifications of assessment in line with the key dates.
Buyers will be able to complete their profiles with their descriptions and interests.
We strongly encourage everyone to complete their profiles to ensure they have the best chances of receiving a quality appointment schedule for the event.
Slovenian Tourist Board will be managing the virtual platform's questions for any technical support assistance and general queries. A representative from the virtual event platform will also be on standby for technical assistance.
No, these are optional; however highly recommended for the full event experience. The event platform will remain open for 1 more month; therefore, all the conference content will be available on-demand whenever convenient for you during this period.
Yes. Like any physical event, we will have a Swag Bag for you! You can add all of the documents available to the online Swag Bag in your account and then email them to yourself or share items with colleagues and friends by simply entering their email.
